Leicester loses out to Nottingham!

Dear Colleague,

please see my latest blog, about the scandalous behaviour of this government today in awarding six cities extra powers and not Leicester.

This news does not seem to have broken locally, yet.

I hope that our Mayor and cabinet are able to do something about this.
